How Many sessions will I need?
There is no fixed number of sessions for therapy, this is a very individualised number and the number of sessions will be discussed on the initial assessment.
As time goes on throughout therapy, we may discuss increasing or decreasing the number of sessions suggested but this is decided collaboratively with you and can depend on the goals and progress made.
